Jay Flibbert

Being a resident on the MA/CT border for almost 40 years, Jay has the knowledge needed to properly guide his clients when it comes to home ownership and/or purchasing investment properties in this area. His love for real estate came from personally buying investment properties with his father over 15 years ago. After helping dozens of people invest in real estate, he realized that he couldn’t change the world for everybody, but he can assist his clients financially by helping them find solid rental property. These qualities have allowed him to operate his career solely based on referrals from past clients, confirming past client satisfaction. Jay is a member of Eastern Connecticut Association of REALTORS® (ECAR), National Association of REALTORS®, and Connecticut Association of Realtors®.
